Brooklyn breathes the creative and transgressive spirit of Carabanchel, ranked in the Top 3 of the 40 best neighbourhoods in the world by Time Out magazine. A distinction awarded by its readers and editors, a world benchmark in leisure and culture in the world’s main cities, with a readership of more than 217 million and a presence in 39 countries. Time Out describes Carabanchel as “the Soho of Madrid”, thanks to its blend of “tradition and avant-garde” and highlights the mixture of landscapes, cultural currents and lifestyles that is Madrid in its purest form.
Avant-gardism and sophistication are two constants in the work of Clavel Arquitectos. Their ability to innovate, both aesthetically and technically, has led them to create modern urban icons as diverse as the Urban Jam - Museum Garden in Miami, or Alain Ducasse's Dubai Restaurant. In the case of Brooklyn, Clavel proposes an innovative project that brings freshness and design to the surrounding environment.
RCCYP, founded in Madrid in 2003, is one of the national benchmark studios for interventions on unique buildings with a high level of protection. A background that was essential for Brooklyn to respect its coherence with the architectural heritage of Madrid as a whole. Under the direction of Sara Martín and Luis Galiano, RCCYP offers a comprehensive service of planning, architecture, engineering and structural intervention, urban planning procedures, project management and execution management.
In the interior design of Brooklyn, Estudio Reciente y Plutarco have perfectly captured its cosmopolitan and deeply urban spirit. Both studios have a special sensitivity to create dynamic and modern environments, which look at the city from face to face, without renouncing to generate a welcoming and bright environment. To enjoy the most avant-garde Madrid from a unique Project.
Clavel's design has been the ideal starting point for Estudio Reciente y Plutarco. An architectural palette that each studio has interpreted with their own will, but also in harmony with the Madrid roots of the project. The result can be seen in the interiors, connected with the spirit of the residential complex and capable of adapting to the needs of its future owners.
