The main bathroom will have a resin shower tray with drain cover in the same color as the shower tray, HANSGROHE thermostatic faucets with shower head, remote shower and glass partition.

The house will be air-conditioned with under-floor heating/cooling system. Individual hygro-regulated ventilation system per dwelling.

Electrical installation in compliance with the Low Voltage Electro-technical Regulations. The houses will be equipped with down-light type LED lighting in kitchens and bathrooms. Video intercom system will be installed.

The lighting of the portals and stairways will be LED technology. The complex will have a swimming pool, paddle court, children's play area, equipped Social-Gourmet room, bicycle shed and gymnasium.
