Six women who have revolutionized interior design in Spain

Patricia Bustos

For this interior designer, beauty is the ultimate ideal to which every creator should aspire. Her work stands out by its ability to reflect the character of each space and the personality of its owners, achieving perfect harmony between both. The result is contemporary interiors that exude positive energy and a genuine sense of well-being. Patricia Bustos was the decorator of La Finca, our spectacular project designed by Rafael de La-Hoz in Sotogrande, and of Waves a residential complex where the Mediterranean Sea takes center stage. Her deep love for the ocean and passion for surfing made her the perfect choice to capture the dream of waking up each day before the Mediterranean’s calm horizon. Who wouldn’t want to live in a place like that?

Alejandra Pombo

The aim of this internationally renowned interior designer's projects is very clear: to create functional, pleasant and comfortable spaces. Alejandra Pombo carries her craft in her —a talent that earned her the Extraordinary End-of-Degree Award in Interior Architecture. With years of experience and dozens of successful projects behind her, she now leads her own studio, where interior design takes on a renewed vision. Alejandra was the decorator for our project Nolita, where she used light as the main protagonist, crafting a serene and peaceful atmosphere through neutral tones and a refined combination of textures.

María Santos

Maria Santos always knew she wanted to study Interior Architecture. Her essentials include wood, stone, linen, and cotton, materials that consistently define her projects and allow her to create functional, yet warm and cozy spaces. With us, she has designed the interior design of Ipanema inspired by the splendor of the golden age of Brazilian resorts and the beaches of Rio. In it, María combined local elements with exclusive pieces to craft a sophisticated and elegant environment that never sacrifices comfort.

Miriam Alía

Miriam Alía embodies color and strength in its purest form Her mastery of an extensive chromatic palette allows her to convey a range of energies, shaping a style that is unmistakably her own. In our project Eden designed by Morph Estudio, Miriam drew inspiration from the work of Mark Rothko, curating a careful selection of furniture featuring vintage pieces and iconic designs by figures such as Platner or Stoppino. In addition, we also counted on her talent and creativity in our stand "I love you" at SIMA in 2019. A true exercise in imagination, her work perfectly captured the essence of our #puredesign philosophy.

Beatriz Silveira

For Beatriz, trust and connection with those who will inhabit the spaces are essential, as they are the keys to capturing their essence, sensitivity, and way of life. In her projects, functionality and aesthetics blend effortlessly, giving rise to interiors that feel both natural and refined. Her fresh yet sophisticated style was the reason we chose her to design the interiors of our Panorámica project, where she masterfully infused each space with vitality. In it, the Mediterranean serves as both the starting point and the inspiration for a warm design defined by soft, organic shapes.

Piluca Hueso

Piluca Hueso was the ideal interior designer for The Valley for its serene and sophisticated character, which harmonizes perfectly with the avant-garde spirit of the project. The quality in her selection and combination of pieces is one of the hallmarks of Piluca’s style. In fact, she and her team are true experts in the vintage world, imbuing every room at The Valley with warmth and personality.

The Spanish interior design scene has immense potential, and the female presence within it is absolutely vital. It would be impossible to pay tribute to all the talented women in a single post, but we’ll soon introduce you to many more. For now, we’ve chosen six extraordinary designers with whom we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating—professionals who have captured the essence of our projects and infused each space with life and color.
