Óscar Miguel Ares and G-33

Nolita is a design by Óscar Miguel Ares Architects and G-33, two local studios capable of understanding the urban needs of Valladolid and of proposing an unprecedented residential concept in the area. A work carried out with an integrative and sustainable approach that will become the landmark architecture of a neighborhood created to mark a milestone in the urban growth of the city.
