KRONOS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SPAIN, S.L. is responsible for the centralised management of data processing in the name and on behalf of the Kronos group companies which, as the developers of the various residential developments, are the data controllers of the personal data obtained in each development.

What is the purpose of the processing of personal data?

A) Contact or project information form sending an email or phone call:

In the event that you have filled in your data in the contact form or you have called us or sent us an email requesting information, KRONOS HOMES will process your personal data in order to attend to and manage your inquiry by resolving the request for information that you may have needed.

The processing of this personal data is based on the consent that you give by actively sending your request.

You may withdraw your consent at any time and without being required to give any reason for doing so by sending an email to protecciondedatos@kronosig.com

B) Request to receive commercial communications regarding promotions, services, projects and the KRONOS HOMES Newsletter. 

Only if you have given your consent in the box provided for this purpose will KRONOS HOMES send you periodic information about their projects, promotions and Newsletter.

How long do you store personal data?

• Contact: We will process your data for the period required to deal with and resolve the request you send via the Contact form. In any case, Kronos Homes will delete this data within a maximum period of 1 year.
• Commercial communications: your contact information will be used to send you information about KRONOS HOMES for as long as you desire. Upon revoking your consent, your data will be deleted, and no further commercial communications or our Newsletter will be sent to you.
• Cookies: In the case of cookies, your data may be processed while you maintain your consent for their installation and for the duration of their installation, which is a maximum of 2 years.

D) Web Private Area:

D.1) Registration, signing up and management of access to the Private Area:

Should you, as a KRONOS HOMES Client, access the Private Area, KRONOS HOMES will process your personal data to manage your registration, enable access, and administer your user account, as well as to handle the necessary communications related to such access (e.g.: technical or security notices). The legal basis for this data processing is the performance of the contractual relationship with you.

D.2) Management and retention of information pertaining to your contractual relationship with KRONOS HOMES:

KRONOS HOMES will process the personal data you provide or that is generated within the Private Area in order to make available to you and retain the documentation and information relating to your contractual relationship with KRONOS HOMES, as well as to manage the necessary actions associated with that relationship (e.g., status monitoring, operational communications, and administrative management). The legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of the contractual relationship with you.

D.3) Management of incidents and support requests:
Should you report an incident or request via the Private Area, KRONOS HOMES will process your personal data to record, handle, and manage such incident or request, including, where necessary, its transfer to the internal teams or external collaborators responsible for resolving it.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of the contractual relationship and, as applicable, KRONOS HOMES’s legitimate interest in properly managing customer care and support.

Depending on the query you submit, your data may be shared with the KRONOS HOMES group entity promoting the project. The specific name of the promoting company will be detailed in the information for each project. KRONOS HOMES works with partners who provide services such as computer and website maintenance companies, legal services and consulting services. In order to provide their services, these partners may access personal data held by KRONOS HOMES.

KRONOS HOMES meticulously selects and controls these third parties, with which it has signed data protection agreements obliging them to comply with a series of data protection obligations.

Likewise, KRONOS HOMES may disclose your data if so required by the relevant authorities.
