It is estimated that the people of Cádiz enjoy 320 days of sunshine, with mild temperatures during the winter, as the temperatures rarely drop below 10ºC, while in summer the thermometer regularly climbs to 26ºC. If we bear these figures in mind, any day seems right for a stroll along the beach. 

Parks for long walks

Genovés Park is probably the one that’s most admired in the city, as it constitutes a veritable tropical orchard and a pleasure to walk through. This beautiful botanical garden is meticulously groomed, evident in the romantic character of its lakes, waterfalls and stone sculptures. Moreover, the province of Cádiz is also home to a great number of nature reserves, such as Sierra de Grazalema, Alcornocales, Doñana and so on.
