Every aspect of Marvà 3 was taken care of to the maximum; from the choice of the land, in the heart of the city, to the design by the architect Jesús Gallego. The result is a building whose mission is to lead an urban transformation in the province, a change of residential concept based on sustainable, unique and high quality housing.
To define the exterior lines of Marvà 3, the aim was to respect and adapt to the urban environment while maintaining a perfect balance between integration and uniqueness; two principles that we have followed in other projects such as Ikon.
The homes of Marvà 3 benefit from double orientation. On the one hand, to the boulevard of General Marvà and, on the other hand, to the spectacular interior garden, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the big avenues.
General Marvà and, more specifically, Plaza de los Luceros is the heart of the city, a cosmopolitan and dynamic environment with a wide range of cultural and leisure activities.
In addition to an indoor garden and gourmet social room, residents of Marvà have an outdoor swimming pool located on the rooftop, equipped with a solarium to enjoy privileged views over Alicante.
