Es el sistema de evacuación y certificación de la sostenibilidad en edificios más reconocido en todo el mundo, que otorga a sus habitantes unas concidiones que garantizan la calidad de vida y el ahorro energético. 

Communal areas

Outdoor community swimming pools for adults and children, with saline chlorination system. Co-working room. Fully equipped gymnasium with sauna area and shower facilities. Spacious landscaped areas according to landscape project design.

Structure

Structure executed, according to project specifications, in reinforced concrete for horizontal and vertical elements, all in accordance with the CTE and applicable regulations.

Facades

Modern design facade, combining different shades of soft colors, thermally and acoustically insulated in accordance with the requirements of the CTE.

Exterior carpentry

Aluminum exterior carpentry with thermal break, with fixed, hinged and/or sliding leaves combined according to design, with double glazing and interior chamber. Aluminum slat roller blinds with interior insulation in bedrooms.

Interior carpentry

The front door of the house will be reinforced, with security lock and wide-angle optical peephole. Built-in closet fronts will be installed with hinged or sliding doors.

Partitions

Separation between dwellings with a sound-resistant dividing wall, formed by a brick wall and self-supporting lining on both sides with insulation and laminated gypsum boards.

Flooring

Interior flooring in large-format porcelain tiles, to be chosen among the options offered by KRONOS SELECT. Terrace flooring in non-slip porcelain tiles.

Housing walls

The vertical wall cladding in wet areas in bathrooms will be covered with high-quality porcelain material, to be chosen among the options available in KRONOS SELECT, in combination with painted walls, according to the project design.

Sanitary fixtures

Bathrooms with vitrified porcelain toilets, white, top quality, with built-in dual flush cistern. Single-basin washbasins, with lower shelf, top brands, with mirrors. Glass screen in main bathroom.

Installations

Hot and cold air conditioning system, by means of a heat pump, through ducts, with air discharge grilles in the living room and bedrooms. The outdoor unit will be installed on the roof of the building and the indoor unit in one of the bathrooms.

Kitchens

The kitchens will be equipped with a modern design, with upper and lower units in laminate finish, including compact quartz countertops.Choice of different colors in KRONOS SELECT.

Climatización y ventilación

La instalación de climatización (aire acondicionado / calefacción) se realizará mediante sistema partido, con
máquinas exteriores comunitarias, instaladas en la cubierta del edificio, y unidades interiores individuales en viviendas, ocultas en techo del baño, con aire distribuido por conductos a dormitorios y salón.

Iluminación

Todas las viviendas se entregan con un sistema de iluminación integrado en la decoración. De esta forma, se iluminarán con tiras leds salones y dormitorios, y con luminarias empotradas en techo cocinas, pasillos y baños.
