MIMA’s design transcends aesthetics. From the street, its structure appears as a sculptural statement, projecting outward as a symbol of identity while maintaining its architectural purpose. Between the first façade, designed as a vast brise-soleil, and the second, which forms the building’s true skin, the architects have created a third space an open-air threshold that seamlessly connects each home to the city.
