Continuous false ceiling of laminated gypsum boards in bathrooms, kitchens, corridors and halls. The rest of the rooms will be covered with gypsum plaster finished with smooth plastic paint.

Interior flooring in large-format porcelain material, to be chosen among those proposed in KRONOS SELECT. Terrace flooring in porcelain material in non-slip version. Concrete flooring in garages and storage rooms.

The wall coverings of the vertical surfaces of wet areas in bathrooms will be with high-quality large format porcelain material, to be chosen from the options available in KRONOS SELECT.

The main bathroom will have a non-slip resin shower tray, washbasin cabinet with drawer unit, mirror and screen. All the sanitary fixtures will be of vitrified porcelain. The faucets will be single-lever mixer taps.

Hot water supply by means of solar panels located on the roof, supported by an electric heater, to be confirmed in the Project. PRE-INSTALLATION of ducted air conditioning system in living room and bedrooms.

The kitchens will have high and low modules in laminate finish, including compact quartz countertops, siltstone type or similar. Balay appliances or similar. Sink with mixer taps and high spout.

Road and pedestrian access to the urbanization, with automatic access gate for vehicles, with remote control opening. Landscaped areas. Communal outdoor swimming pool with beach area and communal gymnasium.
