The light of the Mediterranean and the enjoyment of the surroundings have guided the layout of Hudson's interior spaces: large windows, private gardens and spacious terraces invite you to live under the open sky every season of the year.

A unique design, carefully conceived to form part of the urban fabric of Sant Pere without altering its natural conditions. Integrated and balanced, but also unique and with its own personality.

Surroundings

Our project is located in a new urban area, next to the Jardí de Roquetes park and close to supermarkets, schools, pharmacies and health centres, with perfect access to the C-15 motorway and the C-32 motorway.

Common areas

Through careful landscaping, the project is articulated through a series of spaces in which to enjoy community life, including a large communal swimming pool with solarium and a children's play area.

Parks

Sant Pere has several parks worth mentioning, such as the one adjacent to our project, the Jardí de Roquetes park, the Mas d'en Serra park, the Pompeu Fabra park, the Gardens of the poet Rafael Alberti and, just a few streets away, the paths that cross the Serra dels Paranys.

Nature

Sant Pere has a great natural wealth, as it is considered the gateway to the Garraf natural park and is just a stone's throw from the spectacular maritime landscape of Colls and Punta Grosa, with coves and paths that link Vilanova and Sitges.

Services

Hudson has several educational centres in the surrounding area, as well as health centres and shopping areas with large chain supermarkets, restaurants, DIY shops, veterinary hospital, paddle tennis club and many other services that will make your life very easy.

Culture

Sant Pere has a great architectural heritage, such as the castle of Ribes or the 15th century Casa del Término, today the town hall. Nor should we forget the modernist building of Redós de Sant Josep i Sant Pere or Casa Grande, La Granja and Can Pau Artigas, all of them in the Palou neighbourhood.
