This development will have a BREEAM rating. This seal is a guarantee of construction quality for the homeowner, while providing economic, health and well-being benefits for its occupants and a lower environmental impact throughout the life cycle of the building.
The entrance hall will be made with a suitable combination of materials to enhance its aesthetics and provide a pleasant access to the dwellings. The exterior carpentry will be made with thermal bridge break with hinged or tilt-and-turn or sliding leaves depending on the rooms. This carpentry is accompanied by the installation of double glazing with dehydrated chamber, aluminium roller blinds and motorised blinds.

For the interior divisions of the dwellings, it has been decided to dispense with the traditional brickwork, choosing a dry partitioning system that improves the behaviour of these partitions against expansion, avoids fissures and cracks, eliminating the need to make chases that weaken the partitioning, and provides greater thermal and acoustic resistance to each of the rooms.
The flooring in the home will be top quality porcelain tiles, with a choice of several
finish options, with wooden skirting board finished in the ral colour defined in the project.
Vertical wall cladding in bathrooms will be finished with a choice of various
finishes and top quality ceramic tiles, depending on the area. The rest of the dwelling will be finished with smooth plastic paint.
The main bathroom will have a shower tray and taps with shower head and hand shower. It will have a washbasin on a designer countertop, mirror and washbasin unit. The secondary bathroom will have a bathtub and taps. All sanitary appliances will be top quality white colour.
There will be a communal TV installation adapted for DTT signal reception, with
sockets in the living rooms and bedrooms.
Kitchen furniture with a modern design will be available, with high and low units in laminate finish and quartz worktops or similar. A choice of different colours of kitchen furniture and worktops. Kitchen equipment with oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob and integrated extractor hood according to type.
Hot-cold air conditioning and DHW production by aerothermal system, improving the
building's energy rating. Indoor installation by ducts.
