Structure

Reinforced concrete foundation and structure, according to project specifications and CTE.

Facades

Facade enclosure made with high-quality materials. Complementing the exterior face, an interior lining is incorporated by means of self-supporting laminated plasterboard partitions and thermo-acoustic insulation.

Partition walls

For the interior partition walls, a dry partition system has been chosen, which improves the performance of these walls against expansion, fissures and cracks and provides greater thermal and acoustic resistance for the rooms.

Exterior carpentry

The exterior carpentry will be made of aluminum with thermal bridge break, with hinged doors in bedrooms and sliding doors in windows leading to terraces.

Walls of dwellings

The vertical wall coverings in wet areas in bathrooms will be partially tiled with first-quality ceramic materials from Porcelanosa or similar, with the possibility of choosing between different options.

Flooring of houses

The flooring of the house will be a choice between porcelain stoneware or floating laminate flooring AC4 from Porcelanosa or similar, with white skirting board.

Interior carpentry

The access door will be armored with security lock and wide-angle optical peephole. The interior doors will be white lacquered, hinged or sliding, and glazed in the living rooms and kitchens.

Sanitary ware

All sanitary fixtures will be of white vitrified porcelain, 1st quality, from the Porcelanosa group or similar.

Kitchens

The kitchens will be furnished with a modern design, with high and low modules in laminate finish, including compact quartz countertops.

Air conditioning and ventilation

Hot water will be produced by solar panels located on the roof, supported by individual electric heaters. The air conditioning, by means of an expansion system, will be distributed to bedrooms and living room.

Installations

There will be a communal TV installation adapted to receive the TDT signal, with outlets in the living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms.

Communal areas

This development will offer its owners a gated community, equipped with the best facilities: landscaped and paved areas with outdoor lighting, communal swimming pool and solarium area.
