The enormous granite blocks of the Guadarrama mountain range have been a constant source of inspiration in the development of Krest. The architects of Morph Studio approached the project as a study of the landscape, where the houses emerge from the terrain as abstract rock formations, surrounded by nature and perfectly integrated into the environment.
The huge windows make the environment one more element of the interior spaces. A backdrop that changes with the seasons and allows us to enjoy nature from any part of the house.
A distinctive design in which the houses become true sculptures that can be lived in. Clean lines, sharp edges and a play of light and shadow that energizes the facades and enhances the overall image of the building.
Located between two natural parks, the residence occupies a privileged position, immersed in a landscape of great beauty and with unbeatable access to the municipal network of trails and walking paths.
The gardens have been designed as a route through which to discover the residential complex: a succession of areas in which the spectacular communal swimming pool stands out, completely blending into the landscape.
Morph Studio is one of the pioneering Spanish studios in the use of BIM technology, which allows the control of all phases of the project, from design to execution.
