As with all our projects, outdoor life is a fundamental aspect of the enjoyment of the interior spaces of the homes. Therefore, the landscape and the private gardens become points of reference for the configuration of each room.

Torrelodones is one of Madrid’s main environmental assets. Located between two natural parks, it has numerous hiking routes such as the Camino del Pardillo, which crosses Finca Las Marías.

Un proyecto de Clavel Arquitectos

El vanguardismo y la sofisticación son dos constantes en el trabajo de Clavel Arquitectos. Arquitecto Paisajista con amplia experiencia profesional en proyectos de exteriores, diseño urbano y espacios integrados en inversiones inmobiliarias y turísticas. Su actividad profesional, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, le ha llevado a colaborar con los principales operadores inmobiliarios y turísticos de Portugal: Grupo Pestana (Pestana Ecoresort), Sonae Turismo (Troia Resort), Kronos Homes (Palmares Resort), Vanguard Properties (Herdade da Comporta) y Sofitel (Lake Resort, Vilamoura), entre otros.
